Lovebirds Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are set to heat up the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this month! Us Weekly reports that the couple plans to attend one of the festival’s two weekends, April 12-14 or 19-21. They’ll be renting a house in the area to enjoy the desert vibes and catch some of their favorite acts, including Lana Del Rey and Jack Antonoff’s band, Bleachers (both friends and collaborators of Swift).
This California adventure comes during Kelce’s NFL offseason. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end reportedly plans to stay with Swift until late April, with a commercial shoot in Los Angeles conveniently keeping him close during the first Coachella weekend.
While they’re excited to spend time together, a source reveals Swift wants Kelce to manage his busy schedule. “The only issue is making sure they can see each other,” the source says.
This power couple has been inseparable since Swift’s Eras Tour wrapped up in Singapore in March. Kelce even cheered her on during the tour’s Australian and Singapore legs, returning the favor after Swift flew to Las Vegas in February to support him in the Super Bowl (spoiler alert: the Chiefs won!).
After Coachella, Swift enjoys a break from touring until May when the Eras Tour resumes in Europe. Kelce, however, heads back to Kansas City for training camp in July. But fear not, Swifties and Chiefs fans! Kelce plans to join Swift on tour whenever possible, hinting at London or Paris as potential destinations.
No matter what the future holds, it seems these two are smitten. “They’re having so much fun and enjoying things,” says a source. Another source even hints at a “very serious” relationship that has them “thinking of next steps.”
